Principal Consultant

Ambili is a Principal Consultant at Propellint with 23 years of experience in the IT space and over 4 years of experience working on the Insurity ClaimsXPress platform (f/k/a SIMS).

In addition to the ClaimsXPress platform, Ambili has worked as a iVOS developer for Ventiv Technology (formerly AON eSolutions). She also has experience as a Solutions Architect and has played a key role in several EDI implementations.

Principal Consultant

Eric is a Principal Consultant at Propellint with over 23 years of experience implementing enterprise software in a variety of industries, and 8+ years of experience with the Insurity ClaimsXPress platform (f/k/a SIMS).

Eric was a senior leader in Professional Services at Insurity/Systema. He also has spent several years as an IT developer, a business analyst, and an implementation manager for various companies, including for Ventiv Technology (iVOS). Eric’s background provides a unique skill set of business, functional and technical expertise.

Principal Consultant

Louise is a Principal Consultant at Propellint. She has more than 30 years of experience in commercial claims, specializing in workers’ compensation – with 16 of those years spent in various claims management positions.

Prior to joining Propellint in January 2021, Louise spent nearly a decade serving as a Claims Manager for a third-party administrator of a Workers’ Compensation pool, implementing and providing support for Ventiv’s iVOS claim administration system, as well as acting as the business Subject Matter Expert for Ventiv technology. Her expertise includes an additional five years as a Solutions Architect for Insurity (formerly Systema), where she implemented integrations for more than a dozen clients, including insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insureds, on the ClaimsXPress claim administration system.

In her free time, Louse enjoys traveling with friends and family, and diving into a good book – especially murder mysteries.

Principal Consultant

Rajesh is a Principal Consultant at Propellint with 23 years of experience in software development and implementation, over 14 years of those spent in the insurance industry, and 7 years specifically on the Insurity ClaimsXPress platform (f/k/a SIMS).

Rajesh has worked on multiple small and large data migration and integration projects, managed data service teams, and has a deep knowledge of relational databases, reconciliation, data warehousing and SaaS technologies.

Principal Consultant

Alamelu, a Principal Consultant at Propellint, brings 22 years of software industry experience, including over 15 years in the insurance sector. She has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing a range of projects in process management, system enhancements, and product configurations.

With more than 7 years dedicated to customizing and extending the Insurity ClaimsXPress platform for various enterprise clients, Alamelu possesses deep expertise in this area. Her skills also extend to developing and customizing the IVos application, utilizing technologies like Java, Spring Framework, Jasper, and Struts.

Her recent projects include working on the Workers CompXpress (Breeze) platform, where she focused on creating customized workflows for Claims, Underwriting, Policies, and the Pricing Tool API.

Principal Consultant

Alex is a Principal Consultant, licensed adjuster in Florida, and board-certified professional backed by 30 years’ experience in workers’ compensation claims. He began his career on the carrier side, working as a Claims Adjuster and Claims Supervisor, before moving into the role of Director of Claims for a regional mutual insurance carrier in 10 states, with 15 direct reports.

In addition to his time on the carrier side, Alex has held positions including Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Product Manager and Solutions Consultant with Tropics/Insurity. While at Insurity, he helped build out and implement the Workers CompXpress (Breeze) product.

Across all roles, claims operations remains Alex’s specialty due to his deep industry knowledge of third-party integrations, EDI/CMS compliance, and system process improvements.

Principal Consultant

Nicholas is an Associate Consultant at Propellint. Nicholas brings expertise in working with Big Data. This includes analyzing information across large and disparate databases to provide meaningful insights for decision-making, data visualization and trend recognition, compliance and regulatory reporting, feeding third party systems, and much more.

Nicholas brings a problem-solving mindset to his engagements, offering an unbiased, data-driven perspective.

Principal Consultant

Robert is a Data Migration Specialist with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout his career, he has worked on both large and small data migrations, and holds extensive knowledge of iVOS and ClaimsXPress (Sims) technology. He now works as a Principal Consultant with Propellint, helping clients successfully implement the latest software solutions.
